"رشيد" تطلق ثاني مدارس النزاهة الصيفية لعام 2022
عجلون- انطلقت اليوم الثلاثاء مدرسة النزاهة الصيفية الثانية وذلك ضمن مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022” الذي تنفذه رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية –الأردن) بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية ifa، وبإشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.
وسيتلقى 15 شابة وشاب من مختلف محافظات الأردن برنامجاً تدريبياً وكشفياً مكثفاً يمتد على مدار سبعة ايام يتضمن تدريبات حول حقوق الإنسان ومكافحة الفساد والديمقراطية وادارة النزاعات والمساءلة المجتمعية بالإضافة الى ادارة حملات كسب التأييد.
ويتخلل المدرسة برنامج عصري استحدثته “رشيد” يدمج التدريبات مع الأنشطة الكشفية لتعزيز المسؤولية الفردية والنزاهة الشخصية للمشاركات والمشاركين، ولإيمانها بأن مكافحة الفساد تبدأ من بناء قدرات جيل يتبنى مبادئ النزاهة وحقوق الإنسان في حياته اليومية.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تعمل “رشيد” من خلال مدارس النزاهة على تعزيز مفهوم الابتكار والتواصل مع المجتمع المحلي من خلال إشراك الشابات والشباب في عمليات إعداد الطعام بشكل جماعي مع المجتمع المحلي في محافظات الأردن، مما يساهم في تحفيز الابداع والقدرة على الانجاز بأقل وقت وجهد كما سيعزز هذا من سبل التواصل الفعال مع مكونات المجتمع الأردني بمختلف ثقافاته.
كذلك، تشجع “رشيد” المشاركات/ين على ممارسة أنشطة الرياضة الصباحية والتأمل في شروق وغروب الشمس، بالإضافة الى تنفيذ رحلات السير لمسافات طويلة في الطبيعة “هايكنغ” برفقة أدلاء مختصين، مما يساعد في تغليب فكرة المصلحة العامة للفريق على المصلحة الشخصية، وهذا ما سيدعم مسيرة مكافحة الفساد ويعزز من قيم النزاهة لديهن/م.
يهدف مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022” الى بناء قدرات الشباب والشابات لتعزيز مشاركتهن/م الفاعلة في تطبيق منظومة القيم والمبادئ الديمقراطية وتأهيلهن/م للانخراط في عملية المشاركة والمساءلة المجتمعية، وذلك من خلال تبني قضايا مجتمعية يبحث فيها المشاركات والمشاركين بشكل معمق لتقديم حلول وتوصيات مبتكرة تسعى إلى حل هذه القضايا.
ويتضمن هذا المشروع تنفيذ أربعة مدارس صيفية وشتوية خلال العام الحالي واكاديمية تتضمن ثلاثة برامج تدريبية متخصصة لخريجي مدارس النزاهة للأعوام 2021 و2022، وتعتبر هذه المدارس توأمة لمدارس النزاهة التي تنظمها الفروع الوطنية لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية حول العالم.
رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن) هي منظمة مجتمع مدني غير هادفة للربح تأسست نهاية عام 2013، وباشرت اعمالها في عمان بداية شهر نيسان من عام 2014. تمثل “رشيد” الفرع الوطني المعتمد في الأردن لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية، وتهدف من خلال برامجها الى تعزيز الدور الفعال للمواطن الأردني في انشطة مكافحة الفساد، وزيادة مناعة المؤسسات العامة والخاصة ومؤسسات الحكم المحلي ضد الفساد، وذلك من اجل الوصول الى أردن متماسك بنظام نزاهة وطني.
Ajloun– Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched today the second Integrity Summer School within the project “ integrity School and Academy 2022 (ISA) this unique project is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and funded through the “zivik funding program of the Institut Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa)”, a German organization for international cultural relations, with the supervision of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission.
Fifteen young participants from different governorates of Jordan will receive a seven-day training and scouting program that includes topics related to integrity, anti-corruption, human rights, democracy, conflict management, social accountability, and advocacy.
The school implement a modern program developed by “Rasheed” that combines training with scouting activities to enhance the individual responsibility and personal integrity of the participants, believing that the fight against corruption begins with building the capabilities of a generation that adopts the principles of integrity and human rights in daily life.
Furthermore, through Integrity school, “Rahseed” aims to enhance innovation and communication with different local communities by Involving youth in group food Preparing with locals in the governorates of Jordan, which stimulates creativity and the ability to accomplish with minimum time and effort.
Besides, “Rasheed” is keen to encourage participants to practice sports, sunrise meditation, and hiking in nature, accompanied by a professional scout team, which will help to promote the idea of prioritizing the team’s interest over personal interest, which will support the anti-corruption process and enhance their integrity values.
The “ISA 2022” project aims to build the capacity of young people, enhance their active participation in the application of democratic values and principles, and qualify them to engage and participate in the process of social accountability, by adopting societal issues in which the participants will research in depth to provide innovative solutions and recommendations that seek to solve these issues.
This project includes implementing four schools this year, and an academy that will provide three specialized training programs for the alumnus of previous integrity schools, these schools are twinned with the Integrity Schools organized by the national chapters of Transparency International around the world.
Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) aims to reinforce the involvement of the Jordanian citizen in anti-corruption activities, protect public, private, and local governance institutions against corruption, enhance the efficiency and independence of control agencies specialized in the area of anti-corruption, strengthen the integrity of the legislative and judicial authorities, and reinforce the performance of Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) towards achieving its mission and vision.
