"رشيد" تطلق ثاني مدارس النزاهة الصيفية ٢٠٢٤

انطلقت اليوم الأحد الموافق 21 تموز 2024، مدرسة النزاهة الصيفية الثانية ضمن مشروع “نزاهة الشباب 2024-2025″، بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الألمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية (ifa)، وبالتعاون مع هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.

يشارك في المدرسة 15 شاباً وشابة من مختلف محافظات الأردن في برنامج تدريبي وكشفي مكثف يمتد لسبعة أيام، يتضمن تدريبات حول حقوق الإنسان، مكافحة الفساد، الديمقراطية، إدارة النزاعات، المساءلة المجتمعية، وإدارة حملات كسب التأييد.

تجمع المدرسة بين الأنشطة التدريبية والكشفية لتعزيز قيم المسؤولية الفردية والنزاهة الشخصية، إيماناً منا بأن مكافحة الفساد تبدأ من بناء قدرات جيل يتبنى مبادئ النزاهة وحقوق الإنسان في حياته اليومية. كما نسعى من خلال مدارس النزاهة إلى تعزيز مفهوم الإبداع والتواصل الفعّال مع المجتمع المحلي، من خلال إشراك الشباب والشابات في عمليات إعداد الطعام بشكل جماعي مع المجتمع المحلي، مما يعزز قدرتهم على الإنجاز بأقل وقت وجهد.

يهدف مشروع نزاهة الشباب (2024 -2025) الى بناء قدرات جيل من الشباب مزود بالمهارات والأدوات التي تمكنهم من ممارسة المواطنة الصالحة، من خلال تعزيز دورهم في عملية مكافحة الفساد وتمكينهم لدعم قيم النزاهة ومبادئ الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان، وذلك لضمان انخراطهم بشكل فعال في مجتمعاتهم.

Rasheed (TI-Jordan) Launches the Second Summer Integrity School 2024

On Sunday, July 21, 2024, the Second Summer Integrity School commenced as part of the Youth Integrity Project 2024-2025 supported by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and funded through the zivik funding program of the Institute Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa), and in collaboration with the Jordanian Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC).

The school hosted 15 youths from various governorates of Jordan in an intensive seven-day training and scouting program. This program includes training on human rights, anti-corruption, democracy, conflict management, social accountability, and advocacy campaign management.

Combining training activities with scouting, the school aims to foster values of individual responsibility and personal integrity, as we believe that combating corruption starts with building the capacities of a generation that embraces the principles of integrity and human rights in their daily lives. Through Integrity Schools, we also strive to enhance the concept of creativity and effective communication with the local community by involving the youth in group food preparation activities with the local community, thereby improving their ability to achieve more in less time and with less effort.

The Youth Integrity Project (2024-2025) aims to build the capacities of a generation of young people equipped with the skills and tools that enable them to practice good citizenship, by enhancing their role in the fight against corruption and empowering them to support the values of integrity, principles of democracy, and human rights, ensuring their effective engagement in their communities.

رشيد تطلق أولى مدارس النزاهة لعام 2024

عجلون، الأردن – أطلقت رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية- الأردن) اليوم، مدرسة النزاهة الصيفية الأولى لعام 2024. ضمن إطار مشروع نزاهة الشباب (2024-2025)، بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الألمانية، وبتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجيه (ifa) وبالتعاون مع هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.

يشارك في المدرسة خمسة عشر شاباً وشابة من مختلف محافظات الأردن، وعلى مدار سبعة أيام سينخرط المشاركون/ات في جلسات تدريبية تفاعلية تغطي مواضيع متنوعة مثل النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وحقوق الإنسان، والديمقراطية، وإدارة النزاعات، والمساءلة الاجتماعية، وحملات المناصرة وكسب التأييد.

أعربت السيدة عبير مدانات، المدير التنفيذي لـ “ـرشيد “، عن ايمانها بدور الشباب المحوري في ترسيخ قيم الحاكمية الرشيدة والمسؤولية الوطنية وتحفيز الابتكار. تأتي هذه المدرسة لخلق حالة فريدة من التشارك والبناء والتعاون والانتماء.

Rasheed launches the first Integrity Schools 2024

Ajloun, Jordan – July 2, 2024 Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched the first Summer Integrity School 2024 Today, within the scope of the Youth Integrity Project (2024-2025). The activity is supported by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and funded through the zivik funding program of the Institute Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa), and in collaboration with the Jordanian Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC).

Fifteen young men and women participants from different governorates of Jordan aged 18 to 30 years old will receive a seven-day training and scouting program that will discuss topics related to integrity, anti-corruption, human rights, democracy, conflict management, social accountability, and advocacy.

The Youth Integrity Project (2024-2025) aims to build the capacity of young people equipped with the skills and tools that enable them to practice good citizenship, by enhancing their role in the anti-corruption process and empowering them to uphold the values of integrity and the principles of democracy and human rights, to ensure their effective involvement in their societies.

Ms. Abeer Mdanat, Executive Director of “Rasheed”, expressed her belief in the pivotal role of youth in consolidating the values of good governance, national responsibility, and stimulating innovation. This school creates a unique state of sharing, building, cooperation, and belonging.

رشيد تختتم البرنامج التدريبي الاول لأكاديمية النزاهة 2024 "تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد"

عمان، الأردن – اختتمت رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن) في 10 حزيران ، البرنامج التدريبي الأول :تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد ضمن أكاديمية النزاهة 2024، كجزء من برنامج نزاهة الشباب (2024-2025)، بالتعاون مع هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، وبدعم من وزارة الخارجيه الالمانيه وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجيه (ifa) ، وجاءت هذه الأكاديمية لتلبية احتياجات خريجي وخريجات مدراس النزاهة بهدف تعميق المعرفة التخصصية حول نظام النزاهة الوطني، وكيفية تعزيز النزاهة في القطاعين العام والخاص ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والربط بين الحوكمة الرشيدة وكيفية تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، كما وتم الاشارة الى الجهود المبذولة في مكافحة الفساد والتعرف على الجرائم الاقتصادية وطرق التعامل معها من خلال استضافة ممثل عن هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد المستشار الدكتور صالح كنعان.

ولتعزيز فكرة نقل المعرفة للأقران، قدم المشاركون والمشاركات جلسات تفاعلية حول مواضيع متعددة ذات الصلة بكيفية تعزيز النزاهة ودعم مسيرة مكافحة الفساد، بإدارة المدرب معتصم محادين. وفي ختام البرنامج التدريبي اندمج المشاركون والمشاركات في فعاليات اليوم الكشفي والذي تضمن انشطة تحدي ومغامرات لتعزيز فكرة العمل الجماعي والإنضباط وكيفية تغليب المصلحة العامة على المصلحة الخاصة لتعميق مفهوم مكافحة الفساد لديهم .

واختتم البرنامج التدريبي بخروج المشاركين والمشاركات بتوصيات لتعزيز جهود النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد في الأردن بالاضافة الى أدوات رقمية تمهد الطريق لمواصلة التقدم في تعزيز مجتمع أكثر نزاهة.

وقالت المديرة التنفيذية لـ”رشيد” السيدة عبير مدانات:” نحن نؤمن بأن تمكين الشباب والشابات هو المفتاح لبناء مجتمع أكثر نزاهة وشفافية، ونتطلع إلى تأثير هؤلاء الشباب في مجتمعنا مستقبلاً.”

يعد مشروع نزاهة الشباب (2024-2025)، الذي يشمل أكاديميات النزاهة 2024، عنصرًا حيويًا من برامج “رشيد” الموجهة نحو تمكين الشباب/ات وتزويدهم بالمهارات والأدوات الأساسية اللازمة لانخراطهم الفعّال في المجتمع، حيث ستتاح لكل مشارك/ة الفرصة لخريجي وخريجات مدارس النزاهة للتخصص في أحد المجالات الثلاثة التالية: تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد؛ إدارة النزاعات وحلها لتعزيز السلم المجتمعي، والمساءلة المجتمعية والمشاركة في حملات المناصرة لمنع الأزمات

Amman, Jordan – Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) concluded the first training program of the Integrity Academy 2024, “Promoting Integrity and Anti-Corruption” on June 10^th. This program, part of the Youth Integrity Program (2024-2025), was conducted in cooperation with the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) and with support from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and funding from the Program zivik funding program of the Institut Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa).

The academy aimed to meet the needs of Integrity School graduates by deepening their specialized knowledge of the national integrity system, enhancing integrity in the public and private sectors, civil society organizations, and linking them to good governance and achieving sustainable development goals. Efforts to combat corruption and address economic crimes were highlighted through the representative from the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission, Counselor Dr. Saleh Kanaan.

To reinforce the idea of knowledge transfer among peers, participants conducted interactive sessions on various topics related to promoting integrity and supporting the fight against corruption, facilitated by trainer Mutasim Mahadeen. The training program concluded with participants engaging in scouting activities, including challenges and adventures, to strengthen the concept of teamwork and discipline and emphasize the public interest over private interests to deepen their understanding of combating corruption.

The training program concluded with participants providing recommendations to enhance efforts to promote integrity and anti-corruption in Jordan, along with digital tools paving the way for continued progress in building a more transparent society.

Rasheed’s Executive Director, Mrs. Abeer Madanat, stated, “We believe that empowering youth is the key to building a more integrity and transparent society, and we look forward to seeing the impact of these youth on our society in the future.”

The Youth Integrity Project (2024-2025), including the Integrity Academies 2024, is a vital element of Rasheed’s programs aimed at empowering young people and providing them with the essential skills and tools necessary for their effective engagement in society. Each participant will have the opportunity, as graduates of Integrity Schools, to specialize in one of the following three areas: promoting integrity and anti-corruption, conflict management and resolution to enhance societal peace, and community accountability and participation in advocacy campaigns to prevent crises.

إنطلاق أولى فعاليات مشروع نزاهة الشباب "برنامج TOT لسفراء مدارس النزاهة 2022"

أطلقت رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية ( الشفافية الدولية-الأردن) في 28/2/2024 أولى فعاليات مشروع “نزاهة الشباب” (2024-2025). البرنامج التدريبي “تدريب المدربين “TOTالمخصص لسفراء مدارس النزاهة 2022، بهدف بناء وتمكين قدرات الشباب لنقل المعرفة إلى أقرانهم باستخدام أدوات علمية ممنهجة وبطرق مبتكرة ومؤثرة، وبالتالي تعزيز دورهم الفاعل في مجتمعاتهم. وذلك بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الألمانية، وبتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية (ifa) ، وبالتعاون مع هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، وبتنفيذ شركة أصول للتدريب والاستشارات.

وقد أستمر البرنامج التدريبي لأربعة أيام متتالية، بمشاركة 16سفيراً وسفيرة من مدارس النزاهة 2022، وتمحورت مواضيع التدريب الرئيسية حول: مفهوم التدريب وأنواعه وأهميته، تصميم التدريب المبني على الأداء وتحليل الاحتياجات، وبناء المواد التدريبية، وتنفيذ الأنشطة التدريبية، وسمات المدرب الناجح، وتوظيف التكنولوجيا في التدريب، بالإضافة الى استعراض بعض المنهجيات الحديثة في تصميم التدريب.

وأشارت المديرة التنفيذية “لرشيد” عبير مدانات، ان هذا النشاط التدريبي هو أنطلاقة لمجوعة نشاطات متعددة لمشروع نزاهة الشباب 2024-2025 الذي يهدف الى تمكين الشباب وتجهيزهم بالأدوات والمهارات اللازمة من أجل تطوير قدراتهم لممارسة المواطنة الصالحة ومن أجل خلق ثقافة مستدامة من النزاهة والمساءلة في المجتمع المحلي على المدى الطويل.

وفي نهاية البرنامج، قدم المشاركون/ات عروضهم التدريبية للتقييم، تمهيدا لحصولهم على شهادة معتمدة دولياً من معهد القيادة والإدارة (ILM).

Rasheed for Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched on 28/2/2024 the first activities of the “Youth Integrity” project (2024-2025). The “Training of Trainers (TOT)” program for Integrity Schools Ambassadors 2022 aims to build and empower young people’s capacities to transfer knowledge to their peers using systematic scientific tools in innovative and effective ways, thus enhancing their active role in their communities

The training program was supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and funded by the Zivik program/ifa Institute for Foreign Relations, in cooperation with the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission, and executed by Osool for Training & Consulting

The training program lasted for four consecutive days, with the participation of 16 ambassadors and ambassadors from the Integrity Schools 2022: The concept, types, and importance of training, performance-based training design and needs analysis, building training materials, implementing training activities, characteristics of a successful trainer, employing technology in training, in addition to reviewing some modern methodologies in training design

Abeer Madanat, Executive Director of Rasheed, pointed out that this training activity is the start of a series of activities for the Youth Integrity Project 2024-2025, which aims to empower youth and equip them with the necessary tools and skills to develop their abilities to practice good citizenship and to create a sustainable culture of integrity and accountability in the local community in the long term

At the end of the program, the participants submitted their training presentations for evaluation, in preparation for receiving an internationally accredited certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)
