عمّان –  بالتزامن مع التحضيرات العالمية للاحتفال بيوم الشباب الدولي  ضمن شعار : تمكين الشباب من أجل مستقبل مستدام، تحتفل رشيد (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن)، اليوم، بتخريج 48 مشاركا (24 شابًا و24 شابة) أنهوا متطلبات المشاركة في البرامج التدريبية الثلاثة لأكاديمية النزاهة 2025، والتي شملت: تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، وإدارة النزاعات وحلّها من أجل بناء السلم المجتمعي، والمساءلة المجتمعية وحملات المناصرة.

ويأتي هذا التخريج ضمن مشروع “نزاهة الشباب (2024–2025)” الذي تنفذه “رشيد” بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الألمانية، وبتمويل من برنامج زيفيك – معهد العلاقات الخارجية (ifa)، وبالتعاون مع هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.

هدفت أكاديمية النزاهة 2025، والمخصصة لخريجي وخريجات مدارس النزاهة، إلى تمكين الشباب والشابات بمهارات متقدمة ومعرفة تخصصية تُعزّز قدراتهم على إحداث تأثير إيجابي ومستدام في مجتمعاتهم، ضمن رؤية “رشيد” لترسيخ قيم النزاهة والمواطنة الصالحة.

وخلال مسيرة تنفيذ مشروع نزاهة الشباب ( 2024 – 2025)، تم تنفيذ أربع مدارس نزاهة (صيفية وشتوية) بمشاركة 60 شابًا وشابة، بالإضافة إلى برنامج تدريب المدربين (TOT) لسفراء النزاهة، وأسبوعي نزاهة في جامعتي اليرموك والبلقاء التطبيقية، تحت شعار: “سبل تعزيز النزاهة والشفافية وأثرها في تحقيق السلم المجتمعي”، حيث شارك فيهما ما مجموعه 666 مشاركًا ومشاركة.

كما نُفذت ستة برامج تدريبية ضمن أكاديمية النزاهة على مدار عامي 2024 و2025، بمشاركة 85 شابًا وشابة من جميع محافظات الاردن، إلى جانب تنظيم منتدى نزاهة الشباب 2025 بمشاركة فاقت 150 شابًا وشابة، مما يعكس حجم التفاعل الشبابي الواسع.

ساهم المشروع من خلال هذه الأنشطة المتكاملة في بناء قدرات جيل جديد من الشباب والشابات على أسس النزاهة والمواطنة  الصالحة، والمشاركة مع مختلف الأطراف ذات العلاقة، بما يعزز وعيهم ووعي أسرهم وأقرانهم بقيم الشفافية، ومبادئ مكافحة الفساد، وحقوق الإنسان، والديمقراطية.

ووجه عطوفة السيد أمجد نارموق الأمين العام لهيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد خطابه للشباب والشابات قائلاً، “اندماجكم في هذا البرنامج يدل على أنكم تسيرون في الطريق الصحيح نحو التغيير الإيجابي. أنتم اليوم سفراء لقيم الإصلاح في مؤسساتكم ومجتمعاتكم، وخط الدفاع الأول في مواجهة الفساد. ننتظر منكم دورًا فاعلًا يُترجم المعرفة النظرية إلى ممارسة يومية، من خلال الالتزام بالصدق، ونبذ الواسطة والمحسوبية بكافة أشكالها.”

وفي كلمتها خلال الحفل، قالت المهندسة عبير مدانات، المديرة التنفيذية لــ “رشيد”، أن الأكاديميات والمدارس ساهمت على مدى السنوات الماضيه، بشكل فعال، في تجسير الفجوات الموجودة في عدة مفاهيم، وربط مفاهيم الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان بالعلاقة مع النزاهة والشفافية  والمساءلة وفي ترسيخها لدعم السلم الجتمعي. وأضافة أن الأنشطة جميعها أدت الى خلق حاله من التواصل والتكافل بين المشاركين والمشاركات من كل المحافظات، مبنية على الفهم المشترك والوعي الجمعي بينهم وقناعتهم بدورهم في تحمل مسؤولية المشاركة البناءة على المستوى الوطني أينما حلو حاليا ومستقبلا. من خلال الرحلة التعليمية والعملية المتكاملة، التي تراوحت بين المعرفة وبناء المهارات في كيفية التأثير المجتمعي، وانتهت بمنح الشباب الفرصة لقيادة الحوار وصياغة الحلول.

من جهتها، شددت الدكتورة سناء العوامله، مديرة المشروع، على أهمية البُعد الإنساني في تصميم وتنفيذ المشروع، مؤكدة: “إن الأهم من الأرقام التي تم تحقيقها هو الإنسان الكامن خلفها. لم يكن الهدف من هذا المشروع تلبية احتياجات شكلية أو عابرة، بل السعي الحقيقي لتلبية احتياجات جوهرية لدى الشباب. فكل مشارك لديه قصة، وحلم، وبصمة، وهدف يسعى لتحقيقه. ونحن فخورون بأن هذا المشروع قد نجح في تهيئة مساحة آمنة ومحفزة، مكّنت المشاركين من تطوير قدراتهم، وتوسيع آفاقهم، وتحقيق تطلعاتهم.”

وقد عبّر عدد من المشاركين والمشاركات عن تجاربهم من خلال كلمات تعكس أثر المشروع، ومنها: “كانت التجربة في مدرسة النزاهة أكثر من مجرد تدريب، كانت رحلة إنسانية اكتشفنا فيها أنفسنا من جديد، وتعلمنا أن النزاهة تبدأ من الداخل وتمتد لتُشكّل سلوكنا اليومي ومواقفنا تجاه مجتمعنا”.

“من خلال مشاركتي في تدريب المدربين، تمكنت من تطوير مهاراتي بشكل مكّنني من الحصول على فرصة عمل”.

“كانت مدرسة وأكاديمية النزاهة محطة فارقة في مسيرتي، لما قدمتاه لي من فرص تعليمية غنية وغير تقليدية”.

“التعلم في قلب الطبيعة والانشطة الكشفية أعادنا إلى قيمنا الأصيلة، وفي مقدمتها النزاهة الشخصية، وجعل من التجربة أكثر عمقاً وتأثيراً”.

“تميزت الأكاديمية بمحتواها التخصصي الذي ساهم بشكل ملموس في تعزيز وعينا بقضايا النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد”.

واختُتم الحفل بروح من الالتزام المشترك بمواصلة المسار نحو بناء مجتمع أكثر نزاهة، بقيادة شبابية واعية وفاعلة.

Rasheed Celebrates Completion of Integrity Academy 2025 Under the Youth Integrity Project (2024–2025)

In parallel with global preparations to mark International Youth Day under the theme “Empowering Youth for a Sustainable Future“, Rasheed (Transparency International – Jordan) today celebrates the completion of training by 48 participants (24 young men and 24 young women) who fulfilled the requirements of the three core programs of the Integrity Academy 2025. The training tracks included: Promoting Integrity and Combating Corruption, Conflict Management and Resolution for Social Peace, and Social Accountability and Advocacy Campaigns.

This milestone marks a key achievement under the Youth Integrity Project (2024–2025) implemented by “Rasheed”, with support from the German Federal Foreign Office, funding from the Zivik Program – Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa), and in cooperation with the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC).

The Integrity Academy 2025, which was specifically tailored for graduates of Integrity Schools, aimed to empower young men and women with advanced skills and thematic knowledge that would enhance their capacity to contribute positively and sustainably to their communities, in line with Rasheed’s vision to foster integrity and active citizenship.

Throughout the implementation of the Youth Integrity Project (2024–2025), “Rasheed” delivered four Integrity Schools (summer and winter editions), reaching 60 youth participants. The project also offered a Training of Trainers (TOT) program for Integrity School Ambassadors and hosted two Integrity Weeks at Yarmouk University and Al-Balqa Applied University under the theme “Promoting Integrity and Transparency and Their Role in Achieving Social Peace,” which collectively engaged 666 participants.

Additionally, six training programs were delivered under the Integrity Academy between 2024 and 2025, reaching 85 youth from across Jordan. The project also culminated in the Youth Integrity Forum 2025, which brought together more than 150 youth participants, reflecting the growing scale and momentum of youth engagement across the country.

Through these integrated activities, the project contributed to empowering a new generation of young men and women grounded in the principles of integrity and active citizenship. The youth were encouraged to engage with diverse stakeholders, increase awareness within their communities, families, and peer networks, and embrace values of transparency, anti-corruption, human rights, and democracy.

In his remarks during the ceremony, Excellency Mr. Amjad Narmoogh, Secretary General of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission, stated: “Your engagement in this program is a clear sign that you are on the right path toward creating positive change. You are ambassadors of reform within your institutions and communities, and the first line of defense against corruption. We look to you to play an active role in translating theoretical knowledge into practical action—by upholding honesty and rejecting favoritism and nepotism in all their forms.”

In her remarks, Eng. Abeer Mdanat, Executive Director of “Rasheed”, highlighted how the academies and schools over the past years have played a vital role in bridging conceptual gaps and linking democratic principles and human rights to transparency, accountability, and the promotion of social peace. She added that all project activities succeeded in creating meaningful connections among participants from different governorates, fostering a shared understanding and collective awareness of their national responsibility, now and in the future. “The journey, from learning and skill-building to civic engagement, ended by giving youth the space to lead dialogue and co-create solutions,” she noted.

Dr. Sana’ Al-Awamleh, Project Manager, emphasized the human-centered approach behind the project design and implementation. “Beyond the numbers, what truly matters is the individual behind each achievement,” she said. “This project did not aim to fulfill superficial needs, but to meet the deeper needs of youth, each of whom has a story, a dream, and a goal. We are proud that this project created a safe and stimulating space where participants could develop their skills, broaden their perspectives, and work toward their aspirations.”

A number of participants shared their experiences through words that reflect the impact of the project. Among these were: “The experience in the Integrity School was more than just a training; it was a human journey through which we rediscovered ourselves. We learned that integrity starts from within and shapes our daily behaviors and attitudes toward our community.”

“Through my participation in the Training of Trainers program, I was able to develop my skills in a way that helped me secure a job opportunity.”

“The Integrity School and Academy were turning points in my journey, offering me rich and unconventional learning opportunities.”

“Learning in the heart of nature and taking part in scouting activities reconnected us with our core values, especially personal integrity, and made the experience deeper and more meaningful.”

“The Academy stood out for its specialized content, which tangibly strengthened our awareness of integrity and anti-corruption issues.”

The ceremony concluded in a spirit of shared commitment to continue advancing a culture of integrity, driven by conscious and active youth leadership.

على مدى ستة أيام مكثفة، يشارك المشاركون في ورش عمل تفاعلية، وتمارين عملية، وأنشطة ميدانية مصممة لتطوير حلول لتحديات واقعية وترسيخ ثقافة الشفافية، والعمل الجماعي، والمواطنة الفاعلة.

تسعى أكاديمية النزاهة إلى إتاحة الفرصة لجميع خريجي وخريجات مدارس النزاهة للحصول على تدريب متقدم ومتخصص في أحد المحاور الثلاثة وفقاً لاختيارهم: تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، أو إدارة النزاعات وحلها، أو المساءلة المجتمعية وحملات المناصرة ودورها في الحد من الأزمات المجتمعية.

Rasheed Launches the 3rd Integrity Academy 2025

Amman – Rasheed (Transparency International – Jordan) has launched the third training program of the Integrity Academy 2025 under the title: “Social Accountability and Advocacy Campaigns to Prevent Crises.” This activity is part of the “Integrity Youth Project (2024–2025)”, implemented by Rasheed with support from the German Federal Foreign Office, funded by the Zivik Program – Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa), and in cooperation with the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission.

The Academy aims to enhance the capacities of young graduates of Integrity Schools by equipping them with advanced and practical skills in social accountability and community advocacy. The program delivers hands-on training in identifying community priorities, evidence-based advocacy, coalition building, and effective communication—empowering youth to become active agents of positive change in their communities.

Over six intensive days, participants engage in interactive workshops, practical exercises, and field activities designed to develop solutions to real-life challenges and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and active citizenship.

The Integrity Academy seeks to offer all Integrity School alumni the opportunity to receive advanced, specialized training in one of three key areas according to their interests: promoting integrity and anti-corruption, conflict management and resolution, or social accountability and advocacy for crisis prevention.

ركز البرنامج، الذي جاء تحت عنوان : المساءلة المجتمعية وحملات المناصرة لمنع الأزمات، على تمكين المشاركين من فهم أعمق للمساءلة المجتمعية واستراتيجيات المناصرة الفعّالة. واختتم البرنامج بنشاط كشفي لتعميق مفهوم العمل الجماعي ومهارات التخطيط والقيادة مما عزز روح التعاون بين المشاركين والمشاركات  وحفّزهم على مواصلة العمل في مجالات المساءلة والمناصرة

After six days of intensive training Rasheed for Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) concluded the third training program of the Integrity Academy for 2024. This program is supported by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and funded through the zivik funding program of the Institute Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa), and in collaboration with the Jordanian Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC).

The program, titled Accountability and Advocacy Campaigns to Prevent Crises, focused on enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of social accountability and effective advocacy strategies. The program concluded with a scout activity designed to enhance the concepts of teamwork, planning, and leadership skills, which strengthened the spirit of collaboration among the participants and motivated them to continue working in the fields of accountability and advocacy.
