إنطلاق أولى فعاليات مشروع نزاهة الشباب "برنامج TOT لسفراء مدارس النزاهة 2022"

 

أطلقت رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية ( الشفافية الدولية-الأردن) في 28/2/2024 أولى فعاليات مشروع “نزاهة الشباب” (2024-2025). البرنامج التدريبي “تدريب المدربين “TOTالمخصص لسفراء مدارس النزاهة 2022، بهدف بناء وتمكين قدرات الشباب لنقل المعرفة إلى أقرانهم باستخدام أدوات علمية ممنهجة وبطرق مبتكرة ومؤثرة، وبالتالي تعزيز دورهم الفاعل في مجتمعاتهم. وذلك بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الألمانية، وبتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية (ifa) ، وبالتعاون مع هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، وبتنفيذ شركة أصول للتدريب والاستشارات. 

وقد أستمر البرنامج التدريبي لأربعة أيام متتالية، بمشاركة 16سفيراً وسفيرة من مدارس النزاهة 2022، وتمحورت مواضيع التدريب الرئيسية حول: مفهوم التدريب وأنواعه وأهميته، تصميم التدريب المبني على الأداء وتحليل الاحتياجات، وبناء المواد التدريبية، وتنفيذ الأنشطة التدريبية، وسمات المدرب الناجح، وتوظيف التكنولوجيا في التدريب، بالإضافة الى استعراض بعض المنهجيات الحديثة في تصميم التدريب. 

وأشارت المديرة التنفيذية “لرشيد” عبير مدانات، ان هذا النشاط التدريبي هو أنطلاقة لمجوعة نشاطات متعددة لمشروع نزاهة الشباب 2024-2025 الذي يهدف الى تمكين الشباب وتجهيزهم بالأدوات والمهارات اللازمة من أجل تطوير قدراتهم لممارسة المواطنة الصالحة ومن أجل خلق ثقافة مستدامة من النزاهة والمساءلة في المجتمع المحلي على المدى الطويل.  

وفي نهاية البرنامج، قدم المشاركون/ات عروضهم التدريبية للتقييم، تمهيدا لحصولهم على شهادة معتمدة دولياً من معهد القيادة والإدارة (ILM).

 

Rasheed for Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched on 28/2/2024 the first activities of the “Youth Integrity” project (2024-2025). The “Training of Trainers (TOT)” program for Integrity Schools Ambassadors 2022 aims to build and empower young people’s capacities to transfer knowledge to their peers using systematic scientific tools in innovative and effective ways, thus enhancing their active role in their communities  

The training program was supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and funded by the Zivik program/ifa Institute for Foreign Relations, in cooperation with the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission, and executed by Osool for Training & Consulting 

The training program lasted for four consecutive days, with the participation of 16 ambassadors and ambassadors from the Integrity Schools 2022: The concept, types, and importance of training, performance-based training design and needs analysis, building training materials, implementing training activities, characteristics of a successful trainer, employing technology in training, in addition to reviewing some modern methodologies in training design 

Abeer Madanat, Executive Director of Rasheed, pointed out that this training activity is the start of a series of activities for the Youth Integrity Project 2024-2025, which aims to empower youth and equip them with the necessary tools and skills to develop their abilities to practice good citizenship and to create a sustainable culture of integrity and accountability in the local community in the long term

At the end of the program, the participants submitted their training presentations for evaluation, in preparation for receiving an internationally accredited certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)

"رشيد" تختتم مشروع مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة( 2022 -2023)

 

اختتمت اليوم رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن)، الفرع الوطني الوحيد لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022 -2023. والذي تم تنفيذه بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية ifa،وبإشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.

نفذت “رشيد” خلال العام الماضي أربع مدارس صيفية وشتوية مكثفة، وبمشاركة 60 مشاركاً ومشاركة (30 اناث، و30 ذكور) من كافة محافظات الأردن، تعلم فيها المشاركون/ات عبر مزيج من التدريب النظري والعملي حول المفاهيم الأساسية للنزاهة والمواطنة الفعالة وسيادة القانون والمساءلة وتكاتف الجهود لترسيخ دولة المؤسسات وتعزيز انخراط الشباب والشابات بشكل فعال في المجتمع.

وقالت المهندسة عبير مدانات المديرة التنفيذية لـ “رشيد”  “تمكنا من خلال هذا المشروع من تجسير الفجوات الموجودة  لدى الشباب والشابات حول عدة مفاهيم والربط بين مفاهيم الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان والعلاقة بين النزاهة والشفافية والمساءلة وترسيخها لدعم السلم المجتمعي.وهذا ما مكّن المشاركون والمشاركات من تطوير افكارهم والتعرف على الأدوات اللازمة لترجمة الجانب النظري الى ثقافة وممارسة عملية على ارض الواقع.”

وأشارت مديرة المشروع د. سناء العوامله إلى أن الإنطلاقة الجديدة لمدارس النزاهة الصيفية والشتوية لعام 2023  سيتم الإعلان عنها قريباً، ودعت الشباب والشابات المهتمين الى متابعة صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بـ “رشيد” لمعرفة مواعيد اطلاق طلب التقديم، وقالت أن “رشيد” مستمرة بتقديم الدعم المعرفي لشباب وشابات الأردن بكافة محافظاته.

وأكدت على التزام “رشيد” الاستمرار في تمكين الشباب والشابات ليكونوا قادرين على المضي قدما بمسيرة التغيير المبنية على اسس تفعيل قيم النزاهة الشخصية والمعرفة والأدوات العلمية الممنهجة التي ستساهم بشكل فعال في دعم الممارسة الفعلية للمواطنة الصالحة.

وتضمن المشروع مجموعة من الأنشطة والبرامج شملت برنامج تدريب المدربين لسفراء مدارس النزاهة للعام 2021، والذي هدف الى بناء قدراتهم/ن بكيفية نقل المعرفة بطرق علمية ممنهجة لأقرانهم، مما يساهم في نشر ثقافة مجتمعية بين اوساط الشباب والشابات حول اهمية تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، ودعم النهج القائم على حقوق الانسان، بالاضافة الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية دورهم/ن في قيادة مسيرة التغيير المجتمعي في هذا الاتجاه.

وإلى جانب ذلك، تم تنفيذ أكاديمية النزاهة التي تضمنت ثلاثة برامج تدريبية متخصصة وبمشاركة 49 مشاركاً/ه (27 اناث، 22 ذكور) من خريجي مدارس النزاهة لعام 2020 و2021، فمن خلال اكاديمية النزاهة “رشيد” لتمكين المشاركين والمشاركات في مواضيع محددة وبناءً على اختيارهم كتعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وإدارة النزاعات وحلها من أجل بناء السلم المجتمعي، وحملات كسب التأييد ودورها في الحد من الازمات.

كما وعقدت “رشيد” ضمن انشطة المشروع اسبوع النزاهة تحت عنوان ” الرقمنة ودورها في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد” في الجامعة الأردنية بمشاركة واسعة من الطلاب والطالبات تعرفوا من خلال المحاضرات التي عقدت على مفاهيم متعلقة بالنزاهة ودور الرقمنة في مكافحة الفساد وتكنولوجيا إدارة النزاعات وحلها وكسب التأييد الرقمي كما وتم التطرق الى أهمية الجانب الكشفي.

وبالإضافة وفي هذا السياق، ركّزت “رشيد” على إدماج الانشطة الكشفية في البرنامج التدريبي للمدارس والاكاديميات، وذلك لتعزيز المسؤولية الفردية والنزاهة الشخصية للمشاركين والمشاركات حيث تساهم هذه الأنشطة في تعزيز وعي الأفراد بأهمية التواصل والتنسيق والتكاتف فيما بينهم من أجل انجاح متطلبات المصلحة العامة وتغليبها على المصلحة الخاصة.

Rasheed for Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan), the only national chapter  of Transparency International, has concluded yesterday the “Integrity School and Academy 2022-2023” project, which was implemented with the support of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and funding from the ZIVIK program/ifa Institute for Foreign Relations, under the supervision of the  Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission.

Last year, Rasheed conducted four intensive summer and winter schools with the participation of 60 participants (30 females and 30 males) from all governorates of Jordan. Participants learned a combination of theoretical and practical training on the basic concepts of integrity, effective citizenship, rule of law, accountability, and collective efforts to establish a state of institutions and enhance the effective engagement of youth in society.

Eng. Abeer Madanat, Executive Director of Rasheed, said: “Through this project, we were able to bridge the gaps that exist among youth regarding several concepts and connect democracy, human rights, and the relationship between integrity, transparency, and accountability, and reinforce them to support social peace. This enabled participants to develop their ideas and learn the necessary tools to translate the theoretical aspect into a practical culture.”

Project Manager Dr. Sana’ Al-Awamleh pointed out that the new launch of the summer and winter integrity schools for 2023 will be announced soon, and invited interested youth to follow Rasheed’s social media pages to learn about the application launch dates. She added that Rasheed  continues to provide knowledge and support to Jordanian youth in all governorates.

She emphasized Rasheed’s commitment to continue empowering youth to move forward with a change journey based on the activation of personal integrity values, knowledge, and structured scientific tools that will effectively contribute to supporting actual good citizenship.

The project included a range of activities and programs, including a train-of-trainer program for the Integrity School Ambassadors for the year 2021. The program aimed to build their capacity to transfer knowledge to their peers using scientific and systematic methods. This contributes to spreading a social culture among young people about the importance of promoting integrity and combating corruption, and supporting the human rights approach. In addition, it highlights the importance of their role in leading the social change movement in this direction.

In addition to that, the Integrity Academy was implemented, which included three specialized training programs with the participation of 49 participants (27 females and 22 males) from the Integrity Schools graduates of 2020 and 2021. Through the Integrity Academy, “Rasheed” empowers the participants in specific topics of their choice, such as enhancing integrity, combating corruption, conflict management, and resolution for building social peace, as well as digital advocacy campaigns and their role in reducing crises.

As part of the project’s activities, “Rasheed” organized an integrity week titled “Digitization and its Role in Enhancing Integrity and Combating Corruption” at the University of Jordan with wide participation from male and female students. Through the lectures that were held, the participants were introduced to concepts related to integrity, the role of digitization in combating corruption, conflict management technology and resolution, and gaining digital support. The importance of the investigative aspect was also addressed.

In addition, in this context, “Rasheed” focused on integrating scout activities into the training program for schools and academies in order to enhance individual responsibility and personal integrity of the participants. These activities contribute to raising individuals’ awareness of the importance of communication, coordination, and collaboration among them in order to successfully achieve public interests and prioritize them over private ones.

“رشيد” تطلق أسبوع النزاهة الرقمي في الجامعة الأردنية

 

أطلقت أمس رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية –الأردن) أسبوع النزاهة وذلك للعام الثاني على التوالي وبدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجي if وبإِشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وبالتعاون مع الجامعة الأردنية.

وبحسب عبير مدانات المديرة التنفيذية لـ”رشيد” فإن “رشيد” خصصت هذا الأسبوع للتركيز على “الرقمنة ودورها في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد” إذ أن التكنولوجيا أًصبحت واحدة من أهم الوسائل لمكافحة الفساد، خاصة أن أمامنا فرصة للاستفادة من الإمكانات الواسعة لتحسين كفاءة وفعالية الإدارة العامة وإشراك المواطنين من خلال التكنولوجيا.

وأِشارت مدانات إلى أن الرقمنة توفر إمكانية تعزيز الروابط بين المؤسسات الحكومية والمواطن وتقلل من إمكانية الفساد من خلال ضمان ممارسة الشفافية في تقديم الخدمات رقميا مما يعزز من مفهوم النزاهة والشفافية ويزيد من الرقابة على الأعمال الالكترونية المقدمة.

وأضافت أن “رشيد” ستعقد  اربعة محاضرات  توعوية حول  : الرقمنة ودورها في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وكذلك دور الرقمنة في ادارة النزاعات وحلها من اجل بناء السلم المجتمعي وحملات كسب التأييد الرقمية.

وبالإضافة إلى ذلك سيتم الحديث عن الحركة الكشفية ودورها في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، إذ تؤمن “رشيد” ان هذا النوع من الانشطة يساهم في صناعة قادة قادرين على الاعتماد على ذاتهم يعلمون ضمن فريق مما سيجعلهم متقبلين للآخر ولديهم حس عال بالمسؤولية مما سيدعم مسيرة مكافحة الفساد ويعزز من قيم النزاهة لديهم، بحسب مدانات.

وتلفت إلى أن “رشيد” تعمل من خلال برامجها المتعلقة بالشباب على تعزيز مفهوم النزاهة والشفافية من خلال الابتكار والتواصل مع المجتمع المحلي وإشراك الشابات والشباب في عمليات صنع القرار، وذلك من خلال تبني قضايا مجتمعية يبحث فيها المشاركات والمشاركين بشكل معمق لتقديم حلول وتوصيات مبتكرة تسعى إلى حل القضايا المجتمعية.

Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched yesterday Integrity Week for the second consecutive year, with the support of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and funding from the Zivic Program / Institute for Foreign Relations, under the supervision of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission and in cooperation with the University of Jordan.

According to Abeer Madanat, the Executive Director of “Rasheed”, Rasheed devoted this week to focus on “digitalization and its role in enhancing integrity and fighting corruption”, as technology has become one of the most important ways to combat corruption, especially since we have an opportunity to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration and the involvement of citizens through technology.

Madanat  highlighted that digitization strengthens the links between government institutions and citizens and reduces the possibility of corruption by ensuring transparency in the provision of services digitally, which enhances the concept of integrity transparency and increases oversight over the electronic  services provided.

Madanat added that “Rasheed” will be holding four awareness lectures on: digitization and its role in promoting integrity and fighting corruption, as well as the role of digitization in conflict management and resolution in order to build community peace and digital advocacy campaigns.

In addition, the scouting activities and its role in promoting integrity and fighting corruption will be discussed, as “Rasheed” believes that this type of activities contribute to creating leaders who are able to rely on themselves and work within a team, which will make them open to the other and have a high sense of responsibility, which will support the anti-corruption process. And it enhances their integrity values, according to Madanat.

She points out that “Rasheed” works through its youth-related programs to enhance the concept of integrity and transparency through innovation, communication with the local community and the involvement of youth in decision-making processes, by adopting societal issues which the participants examine in depth to provide innovative solutions and recommendations that seek to Solve societal issues.

Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) aims to reinforce the involvement of the Jordanian citizen in anti-corruption activities, protect public, private, and local governance institutions against corruption, enhance the efficiency and independence of control agencies specialized in the area of anti-corruption, strengthen the integrity of the legislative and judicial authorities, and reinforce the performance of Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) towards achieving its mission and vision.

"رشيد" تطلق آخر مدارس النزاهة لعام 2022

 

انطلقت، اليوم، مدرسة النزاهة الشتوية الثانية ضمن مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022” الذي تنفذه رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية –الأردن) بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية ifa، وبإشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، وبإدارة الدكتورة سناء العواملة وتدريب الأستاذ مراد القاضي والقائد الكشفي راكان الفاخوري.

تعتبر هذه المدرسة آخر مدارس النزاهة التي ستعقدها “رشيد” لهذا العام، وذلك بعد نجاح ثلاث مدارس امتدت على مدار الشهرين الماضيين بمشاركة 60 شاب/ة من مختلف محافظات الأردن.

وخلال هذه المدارس يتلقى المشاركون/ات برنامجاً تدريبيا حول حقوق الإنسان ومكافحة الفساد والديمقراطية وادارة النزاعات والمساءلة المجتمعية وادارة حملات كسب التأييد.

ولإيمان رشيد بأن مبادئ النزاهة والشفافية تبدأ من الذات، استحدثت برنامجا تدريبيا يدمج التدريب النظري والعملي مع الأنشطة الكشفية وذلك لتعزيز المسؤولية الفردية والنزاهة الشخصية للمشاركات والمشاركين من خلال أنشطة كشفية متقدمة تعتمد على تعزيز مفهوم المسؤولية الشخصية.

يهدف مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022” الى بناء قدرات الشباب والشابات لتعزيز مشاركتهن/م الفاعلة في تطبيق منظومة القيم والمبادئ الديمقراطية وتأهيلهن/م للانخراط في عملية المشاركة والمساءلة المجتمعية، وذلك من خلال تبني قضايا مجتمعية يبحث فيها المشاركات والمشاركين بشكل معمق لتقديم حلول وتوصيات مبتكرة تسعى إلى حل هذه القضايا.

ويتضمن هذا المشروع تنفيذ أربعة مدارس منهم مدرستين صيفيتين وشتويتين واكاديمية تتضمن ثلاثة برامج تدريبية متخصصة لخريجي مدارس النزاهة للأعوام 2021 و2022.

ومن الجدير بالذكر أن مدارس النزاهة تعتبر توأمة لمدارس النزاهة التي تنظمها الفروع الوطنية لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية في كل من تونس وفلسطين ولتوانيا وتركيا وألمانيا وغيرها من الدول، وذلك بهدف خلق نواة لتعزيز روح الفريق والتكافل والعمل الاجتماعي وادارة النزاعات وحلها.

 “Rasheed” Marked the last integrity school for 2022

Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) Marked today the second Integrity school as part of the project “integrity School and Academy 2022 (ISA) that is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and funded through the Zivik Funding Programme of the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa) , a German organization for international cultural relations, under the supervision of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) and the direction of Dr. Sana’’ Al-Awamleh and trained by Mr. Morad Al-Qadi with the scouting leader Rakan Al Fakhouri.

“Rasheed” launches The last integrity school this year after the success of three schools that spanned over the past two months, with the participation of 60 Participants from different governorates of Jordan.

Participants of the schools receive a training program on several topics: human rights, anti-corruption, democracy, conflict management, social accountability and advocacy campaign management.

Rasheed believes that integrity and transparency emanate from self, so it has developed a training program that Includes theoretical and practical training with scouting activities to enhance the individual responsibility and personal integrity of the participants.

The “ISA 2022” project aims to build the capacity of young people, enhance their active participation in the application of democratic values and principles, and qualify them to engage and participate in the process of social accountability, by adapting societal issues in which the participants will research in depth to provide innovative solutions and recommendations that seek to solve these issues.

This project includes the implementation of four summer and winter schools during this year and an academy that includes three specialized training programs for graduates of integrity Schools for the years 2021 and 2022, these schools are twinned with the Integrity Schools organized by the national chapters of Transparency International around the world.
