اختتمت اليوم رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن)، الفرع الوطني الوحيد لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022 -2023. والذي تم تنفيذه بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية ifa،وبإشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.

نفذت “رشيد” خلال العام الماضي أربع مدارس صيفية وشتوية مكثفة، وبمشاركة 60 مشاركاً ومشاركة (30 اناث، و30 ذكور) من كافة محافظات الأردن، تعلم فيها المشاركون/ات عبر مزيج من التدريب النظري والعملي حول المفاهيم الأساسية للنزاهة والمواطنة الفعالة وسيادة القانون والمساءلة وتكاتف الجهود لترسيخ دولة المؤسسات وتعزيز انخراط الشباب والشابات بشكل فعال في المجتمع.

وقالت المهندسة عبير مدانات المديرة التنفيذية لـ “رشيد”  “تمكنا من خلال هذا المشروع من تجسير الفجوات الموجودة  لدى الشباب والشابات حول عدة مفاهيم والربط بين مفاهيم الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان والعلاقة بين النزاهة والشفافية والمساءلة وترسيخها لدعم السلم المجتمعي.وهذا ما مكّن المشاركون والمشاركات من تطوير افكارهم والتعرف على الأدوات اللازمة لترجمة الجانب النظري الى ثقافة وممارسة عملية على ارض الواقع.”

وأشارت مديرة المشروع د. سناء العوامله إلى أن الإنطلاقة الجديدة لمدارس النزاهة الصيفية والشتوية لعام 2023  سيتم الإعلان عنها قريباً، ودعت الشباب والشابات المهتمين الى متابعة صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بـ “رشيد” لمعرفة مواعيد اطلاق طلب التقديم، وقالت أن “رشيد” مستمرة بتقديم الدعم المعرفي لشباب وشابات الأردن بكافة محافظاته.

وأكدت على التزام “رشيد” الاستمرار في تمكين الشباب والشابات ليكونوا قادرين على المضي قدما بمسيرة التغيير المبنية على اسس تفعيل قيم النزاهة الشخصية والمعرفة والأدوات العلمية الممنهجة التي ستساهم بشكل فعال في دعم الممارسة الفعلية للمواطنة الصالحة.

وتضمن المشروع مجموعة من الأنشطة والبرامج شملت برنامج تدريب المدربين لسفراء مدارس النزاهة للعام 2021، والذي هدف الى بناء قدراتهم/ن بكيفية نقل المعرفة بطرق علمية ممنهجة لأقرانهم، مما يساهم في نشر ثقافة مجتمعية بين اوساط الشباب والشابات حول اهمية تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، ودعم النهج القائم على حقوق الانسان، بالاضافة الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية دورهم/ن في قيادة مسيرة التغيير المجتمعي في هذا الاتجاه.

وإلى جانب ذلك، تم تنفيذ أكاديمية النزاهة التي تضمنت ثلاثة برامج تدريبية متخصصة وبمشاركة 49 مشاركاً/ه (27 اناث، 22 ذكور) من خريجي مدارس النزاهة لعام 2020 و2021، فمن خلال اكاديمية النزاهة “رشيد” لتمكين المشاركين والمشاركات في مواضيع محددة وبناءً على اختيارهم كتعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وإدارة النزاعات وحلها من أجل بناء السلم المجتمعي، وحملات كسب التأييد ودورها في الحد من الازمات.

كما وعقدت “رشيد” ضمن انشطة المشروع اسبوع النزاهة تحت عنوان ” الرقمنة ودورها في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد” في الجامعة الأردنية بمشاركة واسعة من الطلاب والطالبات تعرفوا من خلال المحاضرات التي عقدت على مفاهيم متعلقة بالنزاهة ودور الرقمنة في مكافحة الفساد وتكنولوجيا إدارة النزاعات وحلها وكسب التأييد الرقمي كما وتم التطرق الى أهمية الجانب الكشفي.

وبالإضافة وفي هذا السياق، ركّزت “رشيد” على إدماج الانشطة الكشفية في البرنامج التدريبي للمدارس والاكاديميات، وذلك لتعزيز المسؤولية الفردية والنزاهة الشخصية للمشاركين والمشاركات حيث تساهم هذه الأنشطة في تعزيز وعي الأفراد بأهمية التواصل والتنسيق والتكاتف فيما بينهم من أجل انجاح متطلبات المصلحة العامة وتغليبها على المصلحة الخاصة.

رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن) هي منظمة مجتمع مدني غير هادفة للربح تأسست نهاية عام 2013، وباشرت اعمالها في عمان بداية شهر نيسان من عام 2014. تمثل “رشيد” الفرع الوطني المعتمد في الأردن لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية، وتهدف من خلال برامجها الى تعزيز الدور الفعال للمواطن الأردني في انشطة مكافحة الفساد، وزيادة مناعة المؤسسات العامة والخاصة ومؤسسات الحكم المحلي ضد الفساد، وذلك من اجل الوصول الى أردن متماسك بنظام نزاهة وطني.

Rasheed for Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan), the only national chapter  of Transparency International, has concluded yesterday the “Integrity School and Academy 2022-2023” project, which was implemented with the support of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and funding from the ZIVIK program/ifa Institute for Foreign Relations, under the supervision of the  Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission.

Last year, Rasheed conducted four intensive summer and winter schools with the participation of 60 participants (30 females and 30 males) from all governorates of Jordan. Participants learned a combination of theoretical and practical training on the basic concepts of integrity, effective citizenship, rule of law, accountability, and collective efforts to establish a state of institutions and enhance the effective engagement of youth in society.

Eng. Abeer Madanat, Executive Director of Rasheed, said: “Through this project, we were able to bridge the gaps that exist among youth regarding several concepts and connect democracy, human rights, and the relationship between integrity, transparency, and accountability, and reinforce them to support social peace. This enabled participants to develop their ideas and learn the necessary tools to translate the theoretical aspect into a practical culture.”

Project Manager Dr. Sana’ Al-Awamleh pointed out that the new launch of the summer and winter integrity schools for 2023 will be announced soon, and invited interested youth to follow Rasheed’s social media pages to learn about the application launch dates. She added that Rasheed  continues to provide knowledge and support to Jordanian youth in all governorates.

She emphasized Rasheed’s commitment to continue empowering youth to move forward with a change journey based on the activation of personal integrity values, knowledge, and structured scientific tools that will effectively contribute to supporting actual good citizenship.

The project included a range of activities and programs, including a train-of-trainer program for the Integrity School Ambassadors for the year 2021. The program aimed to build their capacity to transfer knowledge to their peers using scientific and systematic methods. This contributes to spreading a social culture among young people about the importance of promoting integrity and combating corruption, and supporting the human rights approach. In addition, it highlights the importance of their role in leading the social change movement in this direction.

In addition to that, the Integrity Academy was implemented, which included three specialized training programs with the participation of 49 participants (27 females and 22 males) from the Integrity Schools graduates of 2020 and 2021. Through the Integrity Academy, “Rasheed” empowers the participants in specific topics of their choice, such as enhancing integrity, combating corruption, conflict management, and resolution for building social peace, as well as digital advocacy campaigns and their role in reducing crises.

As part of the project’s activities, “Rasheed” organized an integrity week titled “Digitization and its Role in Enhancing Integrity and Combating Corruption” at the University of Jordan with wide participation from male and female students. Through the lectures that were held, the participants were introduced to concepts related to integrity, the role of digitization in combating corruption, conflict management technology and resolution, and gaining digital support. The importance of the investigative aspect was also addressed.

In addition, in this context, “Rasheed” focused on integrating scout activities into the training program for schools and academies in order to enhance individual responsibility and personal integrity of the participants. These activities contribute to raising individuals’ awareness of the importance of communication, coordination, and collaboration among them in order to successfully achieve public interests and prioritize them over private ones.

Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) aims to reinforce the involvement of the Jordanian citizen in anti-corruption activities, protect public, private, and local governance institutions against corruption, enhance the efficiency and independence of control agencies specialized in the area of anti-corruption, strengthen the integrity of the legislative and judicial authorities, and reinforce the performance of Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) towards achieving its mission and vision.
