مدرسة النزاهة الشتوية الأولى تنطلق من عجلون
عجلون- انطلقت، أمس الأحد، مدرسة النزاهة الشتوية الأولى ضمن مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022” الذي تنفذه رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية –الأردن) بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية ifa، وبإشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.
تعتبر هذه المدرسة الثالثة التي يم عقدها هذا العام، وذلك بعد نجاح المدرستين الصيفيتين الأولى والثانية في شهر آب وأيلول الماضيين.
ومثل المدارس السابقة، سيتلقى 15 شابة وشاب من مختلف محافظات الأردن برنامجاً تدريبياً يمتد على مدار أسبوع كامل يتضمن تدريب حول حقوق الإنسان ومكافحة الفساد والديمقراطية وادارة النزاعات والمساءلة المجتمعية بالإضافة الى ادارة حملات كسب التأييد.
يتخلل المدرسة برنامجا عصريا استحدثته “رشيد” يدمج التدريبات مع الأنشطة الكشفية وذلك لتعزيز المسؤولية الفردية والنزاهة الشخصية للمشاركات والمشاركين، لإيمان “رشيد” بأن مكافحة الفساد تبدأ من بناء قدرات جيل يتبنى مبادئ النزاهة والمسؤولية وحقوق الإنسان في حياته اليومية.
وانطلاقا من أهمية فهم الذات والآخر من أجل العمل على مكافحة الفساد وتعزيز النزاهة؛ عملت “رشيد” ومن خلال مدارس النزاهة على إيجاد أنشطة اتصال مع النفس والطبيعة تتمثل في التأمل في شروق وغروب الشمس، مما ينعكس على تعاملهم الايجابي أنفسهم ومع الاختلاف في مجتمعاتهم المحلية.
هذا بالإضافة إلى تعزيز الإبداع من خلال إشراك الشابات والشباب في عمليات إعداد الطعام بشكل جماعي مما يساهم في تحفيز القدرة على الانجاز بأقل وقت وجهد كما سيعزز هذا من سبل التواصل الفعال مع الآخر، ويساعد في تغليب فكرة المصلحة العامة للفريق على المصلحة الشخصية، وهذا ما سيدعم مسيرة مكافحة الفساد ويعزز من قيم النزاهة لديهن/م.
يهدف مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022” الى بناء قدرات الشباب والشابات لتعزيز مشاركتهن/م الفاعلة في تطبيق منظومة القيم والمبادئ الديمقراطية وتأهيلهن/م للانخراط في عملية المشاركة والمساءلة المجتمعية، وذلك من خلال تبني قضايا مجتمعية يبحث فيها المشاركات والمشاركين بشكل معمق لتقديم حلول وتوصيات مبتكرة تسعى إلى حل هذه القضايا.
ويتضمن هذا المشروع تنفيذ أربعة مدارس صيفية وشتوية خلال العام الحالي واكاديمية تتضمن ثلاثة برامج تدريبية متخصصة لخريجي مدارس النزاهة للأعوام 2021 و2022، وتعتبر هذه المدارس توأمة لمدارس النزاهة التي تنظمها الفروع الوطنية لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية في كل من تونس وفلسطين ولتوانيا وتركيا وألمانيا وغيرها من الدول، وذلك بهدف خلق نواة لتعزيز روح الفريق والتكافل والعمل الاجتماعي وادارة النزاعات وحلها.
رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن) هي منظمة مجتمع مدني غير هادفة للربح تأسست نهاية عام 2013، وباشرت اعمالها في عمان بداية شهر نيسان من عام 2014. تمثل “رشيد” الفرع الوطني المعتمد في الأردن لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية، وتهدف من خلال برامجها الى تعزيز الدور الفعال للمواطن الأردني في انشطة مكافحة الفساد، وزيادة مناعة المؤسسات العامة والخاصة ومؤسسات الحكم المحلي ضد الفساد، وذلك من اجل الوصول الى أردن متماسك بنظام نزاهة وطني.
Ajloun– Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched yesterday the first Winter Integrity School within the project “ integrity School and Academy 2022“ (ISA), supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and funded through the “zivik funding program of the Institut Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa)”, a German organization for international cultural relations, under the supervision of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC).
”Rasheed” held the 1st winter school after the success of the first and second summer Integrity schools in August and September this year.
Similar to previous schools, 15 young participants from different governorates of Jordan will receive a week-long training program that includes topics related to human rights, anti-corruption, democracy, conflict management, social accountability, as well as advocacy campaign management.
The school includes a modern program developed by “Rasheed” that combines training with scouting activities to enhance the individual responsibility and personal integrity of the participants, believing that the fight against corruption begins with building the capabilities of a generation that adopts the principles of integrity, responsibility and human rights in its daily life.
Based on the importance of understanding ourselves and others to work on anti-corruption and promoting integrity, “Rasheed” found through the Integrity Schools activities to connect the soul with nature, represented in Sunrise and Sunset meditating, which is reflected positively on their interaction with themselves and others in local communities.
Additionally, ”Rasheed” promotes creativity by encouraging youth to prepare handmade food products, believing in the importance of teamwork and self-responsibility in adopting integrity standards based on daily routine.
The “ISA 2022” project aims to build the capacity of young people, enhance their active participation in the application of democratic values and principles, and qualify them to engage and participate in the process of social accountability, by adopting societal issues in which the participants will research in depth to provide innovative solutions and recommendations that seek to solve these issues.
This project includes the implementation of four summer and winter schools during this year and an academy that includes three specialized training programs for graduates of integrity Schools for the years 2021 and 2022, these schools are twinned with the Integrity Schools organized by the national chapters of Transparency International around the world.
Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) aims to reinforce the involvement of the Jordanian citizen in anti-corruption activities, protect public, private, and local governance institutions against corruption, enhance the efficiency and independence of control agencies specialized in the area of anti-corruption, strengthen the integrity of the legislative and judicial authorities, and reinforce the performance of Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) towards achieving its mission and vision.
