رشيد تخرّج الدفعة الأولى من اكاديمية النزاهة لعام 2022

 

عمّان- خرّجت أمس رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن) 49 مشارك ومشاركة في ثلاث برامج تدريبية ضمن اكاديمية النزاهة وذلك ضمن مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022” وبدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية ifa، وبإشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد.

وقالت المديرة التنفيذية ل “رشيد” عبير مدانات إن الاحتفال بالخريجين والخريجات يأتي بالتزامن مع اليوم العالمي لمكافحة الفساد والذي يصادف يوم 9 كانون الأول من كل عام.

ولفتت إلى أنه تم تأسيس اكاديمية النزاهة بناءً على الحاجة لتعميق التخصصية لخريجي وخريجات مدارس النزاهة لأعوام 2020 و2021 في مواضيع تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وإدارة النزاعات وحلها من أجل صنع السلام وتحقيق الاستقرار في المجتمع، والمساءلة المجتمعية وحملات المناصرة ودورها في الحد من الازمات على المستوى المجتمعي.

وأشارت مدانات إلى ان مشروع مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة (2022 -2023) هو أحد مشاريع “رشيد” الموجهة نحو بناء قدرات الشباب وتزويدهم بالمهارات والادوات التي تمكنهم من الانخراط الفعال في المجتمع عن طريق إِشراكهم/ن في عمليات صنع القرار.

وفي جلسة نقاشية أتت خلال حفل التخريج للحديث عن أثر المشروع على خريجي وخريجات الأكاديمية أكدت مديرة المشروع الدكتورة سناء العوامله أن أكاديمية النزاهة جاءت لتلبي التطور لمنحى التعلم الذي خرجت به مدارس النزاهة خلال الاعوام السابقة فمن خلالها تسعى “رشيد” لتمكين المشاركين والمشاركات في مواضيع محددة وبناءً على اختيارهم وهذا بدوره انعكس بشكل ايجابي عليهم من حيث التراكم المعرفي التخصصي للمعلومات ومهاراتهم وقدراتهم الإبداعية.

وخلال التخريج أعلن، جوليان كورسون، المدير التنفيذي لمنظمة (الشفافية الدولية لبنان – لا فساد)، عن انطلاق “المكتبة الرقمية الاقليمية”  (schoolofgovernance.net) التي تحتوي على وثائق ومواد داعمة تزود الخريجين والخريجات بالمعرفة التي يحتاجونها حول الحوكمة الرشيدة وتمكنهم من الاطلاع على مجريات ما يحدث في المنطقة العربية.

وتعتبر هذه المكتبة أداة قيّمة تساعد في تعزيز المعرفة بالنزاهة والحوكمة والشفافية والمساءلة، وهي فرصة لخريجي وخريجات اكاديمية النزاهة في الأردن لتعميق تجربتهم/ن من خلال الاطلاع على المكتبة الرقمية التي تضم منشورات حول مكافحة الفساد من جميع انحاء العالم العربي، وبرامج تعليمية موجود على الموقع الالكتروني.

The integrity academy 2022 graduation ceremony was held on Tuesday by Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan).

Three advanced training programs saw the graduation of 49 participants from various Jordanian governorates.

The project is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and funded through the “zivik funding program of the Institut Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa)”, a German organization for international cultural relations, under the supervision of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC).

The celebration of graduates coincides with December 9, which is International Anti-Corruption Day, according to Abeer Madanat said, the Executive Director of Rasheed.

Mdanat emphasized that the Integrity Academy was founded in response to the requirement to further specialize of the integrity schools alumni in 2020 and 2021 in the topics of Promoting Integrity and Anti Corruption, Conflict Management and Resolution to build community peace, and Community Accountability and Advocacy Campaigns

The Integrity School and Academy project (2022–2023), according to Mdanat, is one of Rasheed’s initiatives aimed at enhancing youth capacities and equipping them with the knowledge and resources necessary to participate in society by making decisions.

Dr. Sana Al-Awamleh, the project manager, revealed during a discussion panel at the graduation ceremony that the Integrity Academy was established to advance the learning level that resulted from the integrity schools program in years past.

Al Awamleh stated that Rasheed aims to empower participants in particular themes according to their preferences, which positively reflected on them in terms of amassing specialized knowledge, skills, and creative abilities.

The Regional Digital Library (schoolofgovernance.net), which contains supporting materials and publications that enable them to stay up to date on the most recent developments in the Arab region, was launched, according to Julien Corson, Executive Director of Transparency International Lebanon – No Corruption, during the graduation ceremony.

According to Corson, “this library is a valuable tool that helps promote knowledge of integrity, governance, transparency, and accountability. It is an opportunity for graduates of the Integrity Academy in Jordan to deepen their experience by accessing the digital library that includes anti-corruption publications from all over the Arab world, as well as educational programs available on the website.”

Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan), the only official contact group of Transparency International in Jordan, aims to reinforce the involvement of the Jordanian citizen in anti-corruption activities, protect public, private, and local governance institutions against corruption, enhance the efficiency and independence of control agencies specialized in the area of anti-corruption, strengthen the integrity of the legislative and judicial authorities, and reinforce the performance of Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) towards achieving its mission and vision.

أطلقت أمس رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية –الأردن) أسبوع النزاهة وذلك للعام الثاني على التوالي وبدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجي if وبإِشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وبالتعاون مع الجامعة الأردنية.

وبحسب عبير مدانات المديرة التنفيذية لـ”رشيد” فإن “رشيد” خصصت هذا الأسبوع للتركيز على “الرقمنة ودورها في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد” إذ أن التكنولوجيا أًصبحت واحدة من أهم الوسائل لمكافحة الفساد، خاصة أن أمامنا فرصة للاستفادة من الإمكانات الواسعة لتحسين كفاءة وفعالية الإدارة العامة وإشراك المواطنين من خلال التكنولوجيا.

وأِشارت مدانات إلى أن الرقمنة توفر إمكانية تعزيز الروابط بين المؤسسات الحكومية والمواطن وتقلل من إمكانية الفساد من خلال ضمان ممارسة الشفافية في تقديم الخدمات رقميا مما يعزز من مفهوم النزاهة والشفافية ويزيد من الرقابة على الأعمال الالكترونية المقدمة.

وأضافت أن “رشيد” ستعقد  اربعة محاضرات  توعوية حول  : الرقمنة ودورها في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وكذلك دور الرقمنة في ادارة النزاعات وحلها من اجل بناء السلم المجتمعي وحملات كسب التأييد الرقمية.

وبالإضافة إلى ذلك سيتم الحديث عن الحركة الكشفية ودورها في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، إذ تؤمن “رشيد” ان هذا النوع من الانشطة يساهم في صناعة قادة قادرين على الاعتماد على ذاتهم يعلمون ضمن فريق مما سيجعلهم متقبلين للآخر ولديهم حس عال بالمسؤولية مما سيدعم مسيرة مكافحة الفساد ويعزز من قيم النزاهة لديهم، بحسب مدانات.

وتلفت إلى أن “رشيد” تعمل من خلال برامجها المتعلقة بالشباب على تعزيز مفهوم النزاهة والشفافية من خلال الابتكار والتواصل مع المجتمع المحلي وإشراك الشابات والشباب في عمليات صنع القرار، وذلك من خلال تبني قضايا مجتمعية يبحث فيها المشاركات والمشاركين بشكل معمق لتقديم حلول وتوصيات مبتكرة تسعى إلى حل القضايا المجتمعية.

Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched yesterday Integrity Week for the second consecutive year, with the support of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and funding from the Zivic Program / Institute for Foreign Relations, under the supervision of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission and in cooperation with the University of Jordan.

According to Abeer Madanat, the Executive Director of “Rasheed”, Rasheed devoted this week to focus on “digitalization and its role in enhancing integrity and fighting corruption”, as technology has become one of the most important ways to combat corruption, especially since we have an opportunity to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration and the involvement of citizens through technology.

Madanat  highlighted that digitization strengthens the links between government institutions and citizens and reduces the possibility of corruption by ensuring transparency in the provision of services digitally, which enhances the concept of integrity transparency and increases oversight over the electronic  services provided.

Madanat added that “Rasheed” will be holding four awareness lectures on: digitization and its role in promoting integrity and fighting corruption, as well as the role of digitization in conflict management and resolution in order to build community peace and digital advocacy campaigns.

In addition, the scouting activities and its role in promoting integrity and fighting corruption will be discussed, as “Rasheed” believes that this type of activities contribute to creating leaders who are able to rely on themselves and work within a team, which will make them open to the other and have a high sense of responsibility, which will support the anti-corruption process. And it enhances their integrity values, according to Madanat.

She points out that “Rasheed” works through its youth-related programs to enhance the concept of integrity and transparency through innovation, communication with the local community and the involvement of youth in decision-making processes, by adopting societal issues which the participants examine in depth to provide innovative solutions and recommendations that seek to Solve societal issues.

عمّان – انطلقت أمس أكاديمية النزاهة الأخيرة لعام 2022 ببرنامجها التدريبي “تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد”، وذلك ضمن مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022″ الذي تنفذه رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن) بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية ifa، وبإشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وبإدارة الدكتورة سناء العواملة.

جاءت هذه الاكاديمية بناء على رغبة خريجي وخريجات مدارس النزاهة لعامي 2020 و2021 في رفع وعيهم في قضايا مكافحة الفساد والوصول إلى مجتمع أردني نزيه على كافة المستويات، مما سيرسخ من مفاهيم النزاهة والشفافية والمساءلة التي تدعو لها “رشيد” وفق أعلى درجات الحاكمية الرشيدة إضافة الى تشجيع الشباب والشابات على تبنّي نظام نزاهة وطني يصل بالأردن إلى مراتب متقدمة في هذا المجال.

وسيحصل المشاركون/ات على مجموعة من الخبرات عن طريق أنشطة تدريبية تعتمد على المعرفة التاريخية يلحقها معرفة تطبيقية وذلك عن طريق استخدام أدوات ومنهجيات تدريبية فعّالة.

وبنهاية هذه الأكاديمية تكون “رشيد” قد أنهت أربعة مدارس للنزاهة تشمل مواضيع حول حقوق الإنسان والمناصرة وكسب التأييد وحل النزاعات وثلاث أكاديميات متخصصة في مواضيع تشمل تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، وإدارة النزاعات وحلها من أجل صنع السلام، والمساءلة المجتمعية وحملات المناصرة ومدى مساهمتها في الحد من الازمات على المستوى المجتمعي.

تهدف اكاديميات النزاهة الى تقديم فرصة لجميع خريجي/ات مدارس النزاهة في عام 2020 و2021 للحصول على تدريب متخصص ومتقدم بناءً على اختياره وبمشاركة ما يقارب 60 مشارك ومشاركة من خلال ثلاثة برامج تدريبية متخصصة على مدار شهرين مقسمة إلى ستة أيام لكل أكاديمية يتخللها يوم كشفي متخصص.

“Rasheed” Launches the last integrity academy for 2022

AMMAN- Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched yesterday the last Integrity Academy for 2022 as part of  the training program “enhancing integrity and anti-corruption”, within the project “ integrity School and Academy 2022“ (ISA).

The project is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and funded through the “zivik funding program of the Institut Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa)”, a German organization for international cultural relations, under the supervision of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) and the direction of Dr. Sana’’ Al-Awamleh.

This academy came based on the desire of the alumni of the Integrity Schools for the years 2020 and 2021 to raise their awareness of anti-corruption issues and to reach an honest Jordanian society at all levels, which will consolidate the concepts of integrity, transparency, and accountability that “Rasheed” calls for according to the highest levels of good governance, in addition to encouraging youth to adopt a national integrity system that would bring Jordan to advanced levels in this field.

The participants will obtain a set of experiences through training activities based on the background of the topic, followed by applied knowledge, through the use of effective training tools and methodologies.

By the end of this academy, “Rasheed” will have completed four Integrity Schools that include topics on human rights, advocacy, and conflict resolution, and three academies specialized in topics including promoting integrity and anti-corruption, conflict management and resolution for peacemaking, social accountability, and advocacy campaigns and their contribution to reducing crises at the societal level.

The Integrity Academy aims to offer all alumni of integrity Schools in 2020 and 2021 the chance to receive specialized and advanced training Through three specialized training programs that had been held over two months divided into six days for each academy, including advanced scouting activities, with  nearly 60 participants.

The Integrity School  and Academy project (2022–2023) is a part of “Rasheed” programs that are designed to develop youth capacities, equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to involve in society, and educate their peers about integrity, anti-corruption, managing conflict, and engaging in social accountability and advocacy campaigns that will strengthen their capacity as leaders of change.

Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) aims to reinforce the involvement of the Jordanian citizen in anti-corruption activities, protect public, private, and local governance institutions against corruption, enhance the efficiency and independence of control agencies specialized in the area of anti-corruption, strengthen the integrity of the legislative and judicial authorities, and reinforce the performance of Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) towards achieving its mission and vision.

عمّان – انطلقت أمس أكاديمية النزاهة 2022  الثانية لهذا العام ضمن  البرنامج التدريبي “المساءلة المجتمع وحملات المناصرة”، وذلك ضمن مشروع “مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة 2022″ الذي تنفذه رشيد للنز والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن) بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الالمانية وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجية ifa، وبإشراف هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وبإدارة الدكتورة سناء العواملة وبتدريب المدرب الأستاذ عمر الطباخة.

تهدف هذه الأكاديمية إلى بناء قدرات 15 شاب وشابة من خريجي مدارس النزاهة لعامي 2020 و2021 في المساءلة المجتمعية وحملات المناصرة ومدى مساهمتها في الحد من الازمات على المستوى المجتمعي وذلك من خلال التخطيط لحملات المناصرة بشكل ممنهج  قابل للتنفيذ على أرض الواقع  وبطرق تراعي المبادئ الأساسية لمنظومة حقوق الإنسان.

يأتي مشروع مدرسة واكاديمية النزاهة (2022 -2023) ضمن برامج “رشيد” الموجهة نحو بناء قدرات الشباب وتزويدهم بالمهارات والادوات التي تمكنهم من الانخراط الفعال في المجتمع، وتثقيف اقرانهم بشأن المفاهيم المتعلقة بتعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وادارة النزاعات وحلها، بالإضافة الى المساءلة المجتمعية وحملات المناصرة، مما سيعزز دورهم كقادة للتغيير.

Participants will simulate what they received during the training by using specialized tools and methodology to implement advocacy campaigns to ensure that they are able to implement their goals in effective ways.

The Integrity School and Academy Project (2022–2023) is a part of “Rasheed” programs that are designed to develop youth capacities, equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to involve in society, and educate each peer about integrity, anti-corruption, managing conflict, and engaging in social accountability and advocacy campaigns that will strengthen their capacity as leaders of change.
