عمان، الأردن – اختتمت رشيد للنزاهة والشفافية (الشفافية الدولية – الأردن) في 10 حزيران ، البرنامج التدريبي الأول :تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد ضمن أكاديمية النزاهة 2024، كجزء من برنامج نزاهة الشباب (2024-2025)، بالتعاون مع هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، وبدعم من وزارة الخارجيه الالمانيه وتمويل من برنامج زيفيك/معهد العلاقات الخارجيه (ifa) ، وجاءت هذه الأكاديمية لتلبية احتياجات خريجي وخريجات مدراس النزاهة بهدف تعميق المعرفة التخصصية حول نظام النزاهة الوطني، وكيفية تعزيز النزاهة في القطاعين العام والخاص ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والربط بين الحوكمة الرشيدة وكيفية تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، كما وتم الاشارة الى الجهود المبذولة في مكافحة الفساد والتعرف على الجرائم الاقتصادية وطرق التعامل معها من خلال استضافة ممثل عن هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد المستشار الدكتور صالح كنعان.
ولتعزيز فكرة نقل المعرفة للأقران، قدم المشاركون والمشاركات جلسات تفاعلية حول مواضيع متعددة ذات الصلة بكيفية تعزيز النزاهة ودعم مسيرة مكافحة الفساد، بإدارة المدرب معتصم محادين. وفي ختام البرنامج التدريبي اندمج المشاركون والمشاركات في فعاليات اليوم الكشفي والذي تضمن انشطة تحدي ومغامرات لتعزيز فكرة العمل الجماعي والإنضباط وكيفية تغليب المصلحة العامة على المصلحة الخاصة لتعميق مفهوم مكافحة الفساد لديهم .
واختتم البرنامج التدريبي بخروج المشاركين والمشاركات بتوصيات لتعزيز جهود النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد في الأردن بالاضافة الى أدوات رقمية تمهد الطريق لمواصلة التقدم في تعزيز مجتمع أكثر نزاهة.
وقالت المديرة التنفيذية لـ”رشيد” السيدة عبير مدانات:” نحن نؤمن بأن تمكين الشباب والشابات هو المفتاح لبناء مجتمع أكثر نزاهة وشفافية، ونتطلع إلى تأثير هؤلاء الشباب في مجتمعنا مستقبلاً.”
يعد مشروع نزاهة الشباب (2024-2025)، الذي يشمل أكاديميات النزاهة 2024، عنصرًا حيويًا من برامج “رشيد” الموجهة نحو تمكين الشباب/ات وتزويدهم بالمهارات والأدوات الأساسية اللازمة لانخراطهم الفعّال في المجتمع، حيث ستتاح لكل مشارك/ة الفرصة لخريجي وخريجات مدارس النزاهة للتخصص في أحد المجالات الثلاثة التالية: تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد؛ إدارة النزاعات وحلها لتعزيز السلم المجتمعي، والمساءلة المجتمعية والمشاركة في حملات المناصرة لمنع الأزمات
Amman, Jordan – Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) concluded the first training program of the Integrity Academy 2024, “Promoting Integrity and Anti-Corruption” on June 10th. This program, part of the Youth Integrity Program (2024-2025), was conducted in cooperation with the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) and with support from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and funding from the Program zivik funding program of the Institut Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa).
The academy aimed to meet the needs of Integrity School graduates by deepening their specialized knowledge of the national integrity system, enhancing integrity in the public and private sectors, civil society organizations, and linking them to good governance and achieving sustainable development goals. Efforts to combat corruption and address economic crimes were highlighted through the representative from the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission, Counselor Dr. Saleh Kanaan.
To reinforce the idea of knowledge transfer among peers, participants conducted interactive sessions on various topics related to promoting integrity and supporting the fight against corruption, facilitated by trainer Mutasim Mahadeen. The training program concluded with participants engaging in scouting activities, including challenges and adventures, to strengthen the concept of teamwork and discipline and emphasize the public interest over private interests to deepen their understanding of combating corruption.
The training program concluded with participants providing recommendations to enhance efforts to promote integrity and anti-corruption in Jordan, along with digital tools paving the way for continued progress in building a more transparent society.
Rasheed’s Executive Director, Mrs. Abeer Madanat, stated, “We believe that empowering youth is the key to building a more integrity and transparent society, and we look forward to seeing the impact of these youth on our society in the future.”
The Youth Integrity Project (2024-2025), including the Integrity Academies 2024, is a vital element of Rasheed’s programs aimed at empowering young people and providing them with the essential skills and tools necessary for their effective engagement in society. Each participant will have the opportunity, as graduates of Integrity Schools, to specialize in one of the following three areas: promoting integrity and anti-corruption, conflict management and resolution to enhance societal peace, and community accountability and participation in advocacy campaigns to prevent crises.
