انطلاق أكاديمية النزاهة الثانية لعام 2022

AMMAN- Rasheed Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launched yesterday the second Integrity Academy for 2022 Within the training program “Social Accountability and Advocacy Campaigns”, within the project “Integrity School and Academy (2022 -2023)” (ISA). The project is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and funded through the “Zivik Funding Program of the Institut Für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa)”, a German organization for international cultural relations, under the supervision of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) and the direction of Dr. Sana’ Al-Awamleh and trained by  Mr. Omar al Tabakha.

This academy aims to build the capacities of 15 graduates of the previous integrity schools in the field of social accountability and advocacy campaigns and its role in reducing crises in society by planning in a systematic way that can be implemented on the ground and in a way that takes into account the basic principles of the human rights.

Participants will simulate what they received during the training by using specialized tools and methodology to implement advocacy campaigns to ensure that they are able to implement their goals in effective ways.

The Integrity School and Academy Project (2022–2023) is a part of “Rasheed” programs that are designed to develop youth capacities, equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to involve in society, and educate each peer about integrity, anti-corruption, managing conflict, and engaging in social accountability and advocacy campaigns that will strengthen their capacity as leaders of change.

The Integrity Academy aims to offer all alumnus of integrity Schools in 2020 and 2021 the chance to receive specialized and advanced training on one of the following topics: enhancing integrity and anti-corruption, conflict management and resolution for peace-making, social accountability, advocacy, and its role in reducing crises at the societal level Through three specialized training programs will be held over two months divided into six days for each academy, including advanced scouting activities, with the proximity of 60 participation.

Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) aims to reinforce the involvement of the jordanian citizen in anti-corruption activities, protect public, private, and local governance institutions against corruption, enhance the efficiency and independence of control agencies specialized in the area of anti-corruption, strengthen the integrity of the legislative and judicial authorities, and reinforce the performance of Rasheed (Transparency International-Jordan) towards achieving its mission and vision.
